Entry is open to children between 4 to 10 years, are legal residents of India and are not legally ineligible to participate.

The contest is being run by G2 SNACKS LIMITED.
Engagement activity: The #BackToSchool engagement activity begins on 24th June 2023 and ends on 10th July 2023.
ELIGIBILITY: Participation in the contest is open to children between the age of 4 to 10 and are legal residents of India.

6. The entries with #BackToSchool can be submitted in the form of a text write-up, recorded video or photos. Total 04 winners will be picked from the platforms and shall be rewarded with G2 curated & branded hampers along with Amazon vouchers worth ₹1000. Winners must retweet/reshare and like the post on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook
7. Engagement and likes received on the individual entries will play a vital role in deciding the winners.
Gratification:
1. A total of 04 winners will be picked from Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and will be selected by G2 Snacks Limited. to get G2 curated & branded hampers & an Amazon voucher worth Rs. 1000/-. The final discretion on the winner selection will be left to G2 Snacks Limited. (“Sponsor”). The winners will be selected based on the best entries and lucky dip.
2. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize(s) of comparable value. No request from participants for substitution of prizes with any other item/cash will be entertained.
3. Any and all guarantees and warranties for the prize is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim.
4. G2 Snacks Limited does not guarantee or make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, performance, features or capabilities/utility of the prizes offered to the winners and cannot be held responsible and liable in this connection. G2 Snacks Limited will not entertain any claims in this regard.
5. Prizes are non-transferable.
6. Prizes offered on 'NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND' basis.
6. TERMS OF ENTRY:
1. G2 Snacks Limited reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant who, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, is not eligible to participate in the Contest.
2. G2 Snacks Limited has the sole right to withdraw/edit any aspect of the Contest at its discretion and/or alter the terms and conditions without prior notice.
3. Entries may only be submitted by participant children’s parents. Participants may not submit entries for any person other than themselves, regardless of whether or not the Participant has submitted her own entry. All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries not submitted in accordance with the instructions provided and the terms and conditions herewith, shall not be considered in the Contest and G2 Snacks Limited shall bear no responsibility for any such entries.
4. G2 Snacks Limited has the right to use the photos shared by the user for promotional purposes of the contest.
5. All entries become the exclusive property of G2 Snacks Limited and will not be returned.
6. G2 Snacks Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant, for any reason, in its sole discretion.
7. Neither G2 Snacks Limited nor any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and employees, nor any Internet access providers (collectively "Released Parties") are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmission, lost/delayed/misdirected mail, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failure of any network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, or for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrect or incomplete entry.
8. If for any reason any aspect of this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of G2 Snacks Limited Which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, G2 Snacks Limited may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest or invalidate any affected submissions.
9. G2 Snacks Limited may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any submissions, and prohibit further participation in this Contest by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the submission process or with the operation of this Contest or acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
DETERMINING FINALISTS G2 Snacks Limited has the right to disqualify any Participant from participating in the Contest.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:
1. The winner will be announced on the official G2 Snacks Limited Facebook, Twitter and Instagram handles.
2. Sponsor reserves the right to use any other method or medium sponsor deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Application winner.
3. Proof of mailing, faxing, or delivering (in any manner whatsoever) any details to the sponsor does not denote proof that the sponsor has received such details.
4. The sponsor reserves the right to forfeit prizes for any Application winner who does not provide the required verification upon receiving the request/notification from the sponsor.
5. The sponsor reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Application winners and to fulfill the delivery of prizes and Participants agree that the sponsor may provide all necessary information of Application winners to such a third party to facilitate such service.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
G2 Snacks Limited or its affiliates and agencies will not enter into any correspondence, including email, with non-winning Participants. G2 Snacks Limited reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or entry materials. ALL PARTICIPANTS ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE DECISIONS OF G2 SNACKS LIMITED WARRANT THAT THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS Contest AND RELEASE G2 SNACKS LIMITED AND ITS AFFILIATES AND AGENCIES THEREIN FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS AND DAMAGES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION AND/OR ENTRY IN THE CONTEST AND/OR AWARDING OF OR USE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN THIS CONTEST. PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS G2 SNACKS LIMITED AND LICENSEES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES OR LIABILITY (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES AND EXPENSES) THAT MAY BE ASSERTED AGAINST OR INCURRED BY ANY OF THEM AT ANY TIME, IN CONNECTION WITH ENTRY, OR USE THEREOF, OR BY RESPECTIVE PARTICIPANTS' BREACHES OF ANY AGREEMENT OR WARRANTY ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST. This CONTEST is governed by Indian law and is subject to all applicable state and local laws. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be exclusively brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, India. If in G2 SNACKS LIMITEDopinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, G2 SNACKS LIMITEDreserves the right to void suspect entries and/or votes and/or terminate the Contest and award the prizes from among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter or vote repeatedly is prohibited. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant based on an email address, the entry in question may be disqualified subject to the G2 SNACKS LIMITED discretion.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
1. G2 SNACKS LIMITED and its related companies and agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
2. Nothing on any other website of G2 SNACKS LIMITED, or relating to this Contest, shall be construed as conferring any license or other rights under the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of G2 SNACKS LIMITED or its related companies or any third party, whether by estoppels, implication or otherwise.
3. G2 SNACKS LIMITED and/or its agent shall be licensed to evaluate all submissions for the purposes of this Contest, including verification and as specified in these terms and conditions.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. G2 SNACKS LIMITED decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Contest and no correspondence will be entertained.
2. G2 SNACKS LIMITED reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
3. A Participant shall be deemed to have notice of any such amendments or interpretations upon publication of the same on the Page and shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments or interpretations by virtue of her continued participation in this Contest. Should a Participant not wish to continue to participate in this Contest pursuant to the prevailing terms and conditions as amended or interpreted, she may terminate participation in this Contest upon written notice to G2 SNACKS LIMITED.
4. It is the responsibility of the participants to inform G2 SNACKS LIMITED of any change in the address of correspondence, for availing the prizes.
5. Apart from the entitlement to the above prize/s, the winner will have no other rights or claims against.
6. G2 SNACKS LIMITED shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

1. Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary.
2. The data given by the participant i.e. Mobile Number, Email ID, and Name, will be used in strict confidence by G2 SNACKS LIMITED & its other partners and these will not be passed to any other party. Entry is restricted to children aged 4 to 10 years, who are legal residents of India and are not legally ineligible to participate.
